In business today, success is determined by the mindset of the manager, the
technology used, and the resource around you. The mentioned factors can work really
well when enough capital is included in investing in your idea to gain more profit
which is the goal when starting a business.
Before thinking of employing workers, first, consider the following characteristics that
will help the manager of the company make ends meet for the company.

  1. Skill variety
Starting with skill variety, the manager should imply all the stills that the employees
should complete during the normal course of the business work day. We all
agree that the employees can do the same job all the time and still perform
    spectacularly.
Employees can be bored and decline in performance, and that can affect the
whole business company. Managers can have the rotation but are responsible for
running a certain process to strategize the whole process.
  2. Task identification.
The manager has the mandate to assign every employee to a daily job daily.
They should hit the target of the day. All that will determine the services the
company is offering. The manager should be very careful when
assigning duties to the employees. Weighing their strengths.
  3. Task significant.
The manager has to identify how the employees are performing and how important
there work is and what the problem they can solve to take a company to the next
    level.
Managers cannot work without employees, and they add a lot of value to the
company. The way they are treated, that the same way they are showing active
moral of working. Treat them unconditionally, and the performance will just drop.
Treat them well, and the company will brow up on air in success.
  4. Anatomy.
Managers should remember to provide the anatomy to their business to their
employees. No employees like to have micromanagers who monitor the work but
watch their employees for better working and productive work.
A manager leaves employees to find their own solution to the company’s problem
lead them when you succeed and also on bad days.
