The Kenya Rugby team popularly known as (Lionesses) has set props for preparation ahead of the Kampala Rugby African Tournament that will be happening on October 29.
On 19th October in RFUEA where the ladies have been training, Kenya Lionesses couch Mwanja said that he is pleased with the effort of his players and he believes that they are doing the best they can for the matches in Kampala.

“The squad I have is the best; I pick a squad based on experience, skills and understanding (of the game). I am happy with the improvements that I have seen, especially with their mental toughness. Whoever is best in their respective positions will definitely get the nod.”
The Lionesses will face Zambia and the (hosts) Uganda in Pool B of the tournament . They will begin their match with a clash against Zambia on October 29 before facing the (hosts) Uganda on the 2nd Nov 2022.
